Tips to remember when writing papers
Use at least 6 words in each sentence
Indent each paragraph
Begin sentences with a variety of
different words
(avoid beginning sentences with My-I-We-Our)
Avoid using trash can words (Ex. fun, awesome, cool)
Begin paper with a hook sentence to get listener's attention ( Examples of hooks--- Question or Exclamation-Setting-Idiom-Sound words)
Use a good grabber ending
Remember the sentence jingle so you have a complete sentence--no run-on sentences
No sentences in the same paragraph can begin with the same word
