Tips to remember when writing papers

Use at least 6 words in each sentence

Indent each paragraph

Begin sentences with a variety of different words
(avoid beginning sentences with My-I-We-Our)

Avoid using trash can words (Ex. fun, awesome, cool)

Begin paper with a hook sentence to get listener's attention ( Examples of hooks---  Question or Exclamation-Setting-Idiom-Sound words)

Use a good grabber ending

Remember the sentence jingle so you have a complete sentence--no run-on sentences

No sentences in the same paragraph can begin with the same word
