Welcome to 6-6 Research Class... Check your writing fears at the door!

        Welcome to 8th grade Research class! At no time do I want you to feel that writing is a punishment. Rather, I want you to see writing as your greatest weapon! Writing is magical. It has taken us to places we may never get to visit, has allowed us to relive our past, keep the present alive, and let us live in fairytale lands. It will be your challenge to make your research paper the most interesting and enlightening piece of writing! Find a topic that you are interested in, and the rest should be easy. Make the reader want to read your paper. I am here for any and all questions, help, and even praise!

        Please do not feel hesitant about this class. I am here for you step-by-step. I walk you through each step, explain it, give you reasons why you should be doing it a certain way, and guide you to completing each task. The key to your paper is organization! A great paper is organized, logical, and most of all it captures the readers' attention and inspires them to learn more about your topic.
